Lynn Crane is a fantastic real estate agent and I highly recommend her!! From the moment we first met to discuss listing our home until the final closing date, she impressed us with her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, work ethic and positive attitude. She was wonderful to work with and guide us through the listing and sale of our home. In addition, everyone on her team or that she referred to us from handymen, painters, inspectors, photographers, and videographers were top notch.

With her interior design background, she beautifully staged our home, made suggestions on what to do to prepare for listing, held multiple open houses in a weekend, managed the sale to perfection and kept us up to date on absolutely everything! We are thrilled to have Lynn Crane list and sell our home for us and we are so grateful to have found a fantastic realtor!

Lynn Crane is a remarkable agent!!! She is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about what people are looking for in the local market. Bottom line my house sold for 30k more then the prior two agent thought it would fetch. I believe that's because I followed Lynn's advice. Yes I put a little money into fixing up my house but, in the end I feel I made 20k more.
Lynn took care of everything for me. I had already moved out of state for a new job before my house went on the market. She picked out the paint color and carpet and then coordinated times with contractor to do their work. Finally she stage my house. It looked perfect!!!

Lynn, herself, and her pricing model blew us away.

We were working with a different realtor at first, which seemed like a great situation where all of the contractor work and staging would be payable at closing, but we soon noticed that the cost would be astronomical and that our bottom line was getting hit hard.

We talked to Lynn and her method actually covered a lot of the costs, adjustable on a sliding scale.

CALL HER TO FIND OUT HOW AWESOME IT IS!

She is also an interior designer so she handled the staging design and did a killer job.

She is also truly friendly, not your stereotypical realtor, just keep in mind that she is also busy.

I had the pleasure of working with Lynn, in the purchase of my new home!
The house I bought was not on the market, and the seller was not interested in selling. Lynn was very positive that I could get this "ideal" home, even though I had lost all hope. Lynn kept on the sellers trying all kinds of approaches, and never willing to say this could not be my home. "be patient, give time.....", which I did. I so believed in her, and her talents to work not only for me, as the buyer, but also the seller, simultaneously. Her expertise and constant follow through got me my ideal home! She was honest, and totally trustworthy in all of her dealings with me, the seller, and the reams of paper for the city and state. Lynn is phenomenal to work with. She got us an offer on our house twice with 2 weeks after our first deal fell through. She is very knowledgeable and will walk you through each step of the process along the way. She was a calm voice while we were selling our old house and buying our new one at the same time, a very hectic time for us. Lynn level of service will make you feel like her only client. Lynn is the best and I highly recommend her if your buying or selling.

We’ve bought and sold real estate, and been landlords in other states. And always thought real estate agents were a relic of an era of unnecessary middlemen...and women. But, we had an extremely difficult time with the market in Seattle. We were seriously ready to give up, but luckily our finance guy who i actually also highly recommend (Rob Tamaela) suggested Lynn.
#1 she is real person that probably genuinely cares about us. At least that’s how we felt.
#2 she accommodated this urgent market by showing us houses quicker than any other agent.
Which allowed us the advantage of early assessment, and early offer strike.
#3 didn’t make mistakes on the paper work
#4 gave us good offer advice
#5 has a good report with other agents which makes them more likely to sway their, seller in our case, agent peer into making a deal with her clients
#5 good with kids
#6 voices concerns and try’s make sure you don’t make an offer you should t.
#7 had connections in other parts of the industry that made it very convenient (finance, appraisal, inspector etc)
# 8 she was well organized and super timely on those “need to made things happen quickly,” scenarios.

We loved her. And so will you. And I did not get paid to say any of this. Hahahaha.

Putting your home on the market can be overwhelming but with her guidance and her team we were able to put our home on the market a week after making the decision.
