I have over 25 years experience ( 500+homes sold).. I am the past president of the Women's council of Realtors, the past board member of the Draper Chamber of Commerce and presently Associate Broker for Century 21 NE here in Boston and the Northshore. I lived previously in Danvers, Peabody, Nahant and East Boston and I am very familiar with the surrounding area of Boston and North Shore areas.

I was referred to Lynn by a friend who recently purchased a home with Lynn's help. We had scheduled our first appointment for a Tuesday to meet and view a few places I had told her that I was interested in. On Monday afternoon Lynn called me to see about adding a brand new listing as she thought it was just what I was looking for. I looked up the MLS number with her on the phone and definitely wanted it added to the list. Lynn immediately scheduled a showing of that new listing with the listing agent and I was one of the first potential buyers to tour it. She was right, it was exactly what I was looking for! I made a offer after seeing it and after some minor negotiations, they accepted! By viewing the home immediately, I was able to put in a reasonable offer in the first days of the listing and was not involved in a bidding war - which I'm sure saved me money and headaches!
