Originally from the Chico, California, area, Lynn moved first to San Francisco and then (really on a whim) on to Honolulu, Hawaii, where she lived until 1989. She began her real estate career in Hawaii in 1979 before moving to Raleigh in 1989. She raised her three sons and one daughter in the Triangle, and they all are graduates of North Carolina universities. Lynn has been actively selling homes throughout the Triangle area since 1989 so she is knowledgeable about the ever changing dynamics of this growing area. She constantly updates and increases her knowledge about the industry to provide the best service to clients. Lynn holds the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations in recognition of the advanced education. Lynn is a skilled negotiator for the best interest of her clients and is very detail oriented using current technology and creative marketing to make for a smooth and successful transaction. In her free time, Lynn loves to kayak in the numerous lakes in the Triangle area and of course going to the beach (just two hours away) or the mountains (just three hours away) is always great!
