About Lynn

A transplant from New York and New England. LYNN MEYER, Broker, is one of the original partners of Clasby Meyer Real Estate, now Cross Meyer Realty. She is a graduate of Vassar College, and has been involved in social science, and research and disaster preparedness, before she came to real estate. Since 1980 she has been active in helping buyers and sellers of residential property throughout Miami Dade County. Lynn began by specializing in the academic community, University of Miami and Florida International University, particularly helping newcomers to the area. Over the years Lynn’s love of real estate has broadened to include probate/estates where she compassionately assists grieving families through the difficult process of selling the family home. Lynn also enjoys helping retirees transition out of single family homes to downsize into condos, townhouses and apartments. While twelve grandchildren have cut down on her time for outside activities, she is still active in women’s issues and politics, is a mentor in a foster child program, and loves to paint and exercise.
