Hey there! Just a bit of an introduction- I grew up here in East TN, and there is no other place I would rather be! I am an outdoorsy kinda gal, I love gardening the most, but also enjoy hiking as East TN has some of the best trails, landscapes, and scenery available in the country! From an early age, I learned to appreciate a variety of homes- both old and new- by watching my parents design and transform many homes, creating liveable spaces as unique as the homeowner and their way of living. I believe this is where my passion for Real Estate comes from!
I have earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. Recognized by the National Association of REALTORS, and earned only by education and experience, the SRS designation is the premier credential in Seller Representation that elevates professional standards and recognizes real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowedge and skills essential for Seller Representation, ensuring Sellers are represented at the utmost level of professionalism. Further, I have also earned the RENE credential. The first and only Negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®, the RENE is designed to elevate and enhance Negotiating Skills so that today's Real Estate Professional is prepared to represent their client in the best possible way, with optimal results. This credential ensures that I will be able to represent either a Buyer or a Seller, in a professional manner while Negotiating terms acceptable to my client.
