Lynn and and the Sotheby’s team brought in the buyers! While my house was for sale, Lynn had a family emergency and was out of state for periods of time. Even with this difficult circumstance, Lynn never lost contact, her team’s response and ability to bring in potential buyers was high and I was so grateful. Sotheby’s is professional, it’s advertising of homes is far reaching and the photography of my home was gorgeous. Thank you, Lynn and the Sotheby’s team!

Lynn Rawson provided invaluable assistance to me as I purchased my first Vermont property. Being from out of state, Lynn explained all of the Vermont-specific nuances of real estate transactions, the value of the various localities, and recommended service providers for a number of my needs. We collaborated on finding potential properties and she was very helpful and responsive in setting up visits while I was in town. She looks out for me even to this day as Lynn is one of the few locals I have met so far! Highly recommend.

The first time I spoke with Lynn over the phone there was a connection. Her honestly and friendly personality made it very easy for me to make my decision to work with her. Finding a house is hard enough, but add being out of state and the current challenges, finding a real estate rep with the qualities Lynn possesses is priceless.
