Lynn is the absolute best when it comes to finding your forever home. My wife and I were buying a house for the first time recently, so naturally this increased our stress level. Lynn did anything and everything needed to make us feel comfortable while looking, and was always available to answers all of our questions. Whether is was late night or early morning showings, she always made sure to fit us into her schedule.

Lynn also knows the real estate market like the back of her hand, makes sure to find properties based on your wants/needs/budget, does not pressure you into making a decision, and is always knowledgeable and professional in making sure you find your perfect home. I would highly recommend her services, and am beyond happy with the job she did for us.

The Schwarber team was amazing! They were first class in everything! My fiancé and I worked with Julie and Lynn, both were amazing! They helped us no matter the time or day, they were there to help us get our perfect house! They hung with us for 7 months and treated us the same as the first day we met one another! Great people, great at what they do and I highly recommend working with the Schwarber team!!

Lynn Schwarber is the best in the business. She came out to our house and told us little things that we could do to prepare it to sell. We were planning on doing extra things and she told us not too and saved us money. Lynn then staged our house. It looked so good we considered staying in it. The price point was absolutely perfect and actually $10,000 higher than another real estate agent that we spoke with. Our house sold in 3-4 days at the asking price. Lynn has connections with painters, plumbers, and electricians to help with any repairs. She then sold a house down the street from us in 3-4 days like ours.
Lynn is a wonderful person and outstanding real estate agent. She communicates very well and gives great advise. I would say that our experience with Lynn was perfect and I could not find one thing we would have done differently!!!

We hired Lynn as our realtor and needed to sell our home quickly as we had already had a contract to buy another home. Lynn came to the house, was honest and upfront on what we needed to do to prepare to sell, she then helped us to stage our home and was aggressive in price (I told her there would be no way to get what she wanted to list at). Within THREE hours of listing, we had an offer on our home for over asking price! She made everything so easy for us from start to closing. I would highly recommend Lynn!
