Lynns’s priority is to put her clients first. She is committed to offering her clients the advantage of professional, personalized service. She never takes on more clients than she can dedicate 100% of her time to.
Achieving the clients’ goals is her goal. The years doing the business of real estate has given Lynn on the job training expertise. However, it is her personal drive to do not just a good job, but a great job, which compels her to strive to deliver over and above in service for her clients. Helping her clients with either buying or selling their modest first cottage or their ultimate mansion on the hill is an important job and one she is dedicated to taking seriously with respect and honor.
She has recently moved to a new broker, Hero Realty LLC. Lynn has been in the Top 25 Agent list out of over 3,400 agents with her former broker Coldwell Banker Gundaker for over 25 years. She was awarded the President’s Elite Award, an award and recognition that only few agents ever achieve. She has received many awards with CBG for being a top producer, consistently year after year, competing for those spots with other top producers, but one she is most proud of is her 2018 USAA Relocation Service of Excellence Award. In addition to her residential success, she is a new homes specialist having extensive experience with builder sales. Lynn have been a builder herself which gives valuable and helpful knowledge in new construction and the builder market.
She grew up in California and Arizona, completing her education in Arizona and Utah. In addition to her formal education, life lessons in the school of hard knocks and experience have contributed to a desire to maintain high levels of integrity, work ethic, compassion, honesty, and to value the reward of helping others.
Lynn serves both sides of the River, St. Louis, St. Charles, and Warren Counties.
