Lynne Nolan

Working for a major hotel brand and a leading home furnishings company has provided Lynne with valuable experience in the luxury brand market. This exposure has taught her that the price of the product does not matter. The expectation of excellence should occur across the board.

She just recently welcomed her son Jake as a partner and could not be more excited to work side by side with him. Together they form a very likable team.

Negotiating skills, honesty, knowledge of market trends, and responsible communication with her clients and fellow agents makes her well respected by her peers. She thinks this is a particularly important piece when negotiating a contract.

As one of the founding agents in Westport, Lynne's clients find her personable, relentless, smart, and extremely passionate.

Lynne has served on the youth Basketball Board as the travel coordinator many years, as well as the PTA boards, chairing several committees. Her love of sports added to her decision to become a certified basketball referee.

Lynne resides in Westport with her husband Tom. Their three children, Thomas, Jake and Remy are graduates of Boston College, Providence College, and Boston University and are all working and living in Boston and New York City. Lynne can be found walking her dog, Sobe, or playing tennis or pickleball on a regular basis. She loves the Celtics, Red Sox and Patriots. She considers herself a “foodie” and takes pride in entertaining family and friends.
