Getting through a sale smoothly during this Pandemic is truly telling of the most competent real estate agents and Lynne was one of them!

I had interviewed a few agents before I interviewed Lynne. She ranked number 1 in all of the following;

*Authenticity: she was straight, honest and credible

* Experience (over 27 yrs)

* Price: one of the most competitive priced agent.
She works on a flat fee and nothing is compromised. True value for money!

*Service: Her marketing is great and far reaching. Selling a home is alot about exposure/visuals and knowing your target audience.
The photographer she uses and the website and print materials that are created are wonderful in gaining traction as well as the ‘Open Houses.’ The positioning is spot on.

*Professionalism - Lynne is extremely personable, competent and very savvy in handling the most challenging scenarios in the most tactful and effective manner. Her British humour, resilience and patience is what sets her apart:) I love the fact she is so meticulous like me.

* Responsiveness - She’s constantly on it! Polite, detailed and informative.

* Passion - She is very passionate in what she does and every client is special to her. She handled and helped us with everything that was part of the process together with helping us find a place during this pandemic, which was not easy.
She truly cares about her clients like her family and always went that extra mile and watched out for us.
She is a keeper and far by one of the best seasoned agents I have come across and look forward to working with her again when Im looking to buy.

I can't say enough good things about Lynne, from ListWell Realty.Our family relocated to Lake Forest from Texas and we were pretty nervous about finding a home we could afford and were happy with. Lynne took the time and was sooo patient with us (my husband wanted one thing and I wanted the opposite) She spend numerous days showing us around and even before we said anything she had documents ready so we could see the home of choice. Really she was ahead of the game. We bought a great house and we found a friend. Very happy with her services.
