Maddy Tousignant

Maddy ranked among the top third of area Realtors for 2022 and was previously ranked the area’s No. 1 Realtor for 2009 and 2012. Active in real estate since 1980 and a former co-owner of Stephens for thirty-five years, Maddy is licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin. She also holds professional designations as a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). A lifelong resident of Iron Mountain, Maddy has served as an ambassador for the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce and belongs to Pine Grove Country Club.
