Madhu is an the best realtor I could have engaged for selling my property. She was clear in setting expectations, thorough in market research and aggressive in promoting the sale of my property. She made all her connections for staging, cleaning, handyman, and others available even before me asking. Selling a property is no easy task, selling it while you are traveling abroad is even more challenging but Madhu made it all happen that too above the expected value of the property.

There are three things that stood out in our experience of working with Madhu:
1. She will always be there for you even after the deal is done. And she could focus on chasing new clients, making more money she would still care about you as much as she shared at the start of the working relationship;
2. She will ensure that her point of view, her recommendations are based on what would be most suitable for you and not her, the real estate agent;
3. She has undying patience that is hard to find anymore. You would think that she would get tired with you, she would not want to see another house with you but you would soon be proven wrong. Madhu was absolutely wonderful to work with.

Buying my first home was already a scary thought and the vast number of things I did not know about, worried me even more. However, Madhu helped a lot in explaining the entire process and the things to look out for. She spent an hour on an initial call, explaining to me what to expect during the process. Madhu had already planned to travel when I started my search, so she scheduled a Saturday to look at 5-6 homes, all while explaining to me what to look out for. She also introduced me to her colleague who could show me any new homes while she was away.

Things don't always work out as planned, especially since we're still in the middle of an ongoing pandemic, but Madhu seemed to be working almost 24 hours a day, even when traveling. I could ask her a question late at night or as soon as I woke up and she'd always reply pretty much immediately. She was very quick to respond to my questions and to point out problems with a house that one could miss without closely looking at all the disclosures.

It was a pleasure to work with Madhu and she really makes the process a little less stressful.

When it comes to home buying experience, you want someone who understands your needs and requirements and the process is just not a financial transaction for them. I feel Madhu is a agent who is as involved in your process as you are. She is empathetic but still very professional (I really like that she is punctual).
She is thorough when she looks at a property and would not fear to give her honest opinions on the property if she does or does not like something in the house (which is something my husband and I really appreciate). As a first time home buyer you need those inputs because you might not observe what she can with her experience.

When we first met her, she explained the entire process, listened to our needs, and patiently answered all our questions. Every time we viewed a new property, Madhu would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Once we were ready to make an offer, she kept in constant communication with the selling agent, and provided invaluable advice on creating an offer that would be both fair and impressive to the seller. In parallel she will start the negotiation with the seller agent to get you the best deal. Even though our offer was lower than others, still we can close the deal. It is all because of her reputation and negotiation skills.
She will help you in maneuvering every step during the closing process right from home appraisal till the end of escrow closing. She is always one call away and constantly working with you to close the deal as soon as possible.

Working with Madhu was an amazing experience, especially since we were first time home buyers.

We had been looking at homes with agents assigned through one of the home-buying websites for a couple months. One thing we had observed was that they didn't seem as invested in our finding a home. New to such interactions, we presumed that's how it worked! But our perception changed completely once we started working with Madhu. She wasn't just interested in helping us find A home, but helping us find OUR home.

On multiple occasions, after touring houses, we talked outside discussing what we liked and didn't like about the house. These conversations helped us learn a lot about things to look for when touring. We used to do our own online research before touring any house, but the insight that Madhu provided was something that comes from experience in the industry.

Madhu was always extremely prompt in answering not only any questions we had, but also acknowledging or responding to any comments we had about a house or the process in general. Despite working with multiple clients simultaneously, she made us feel like we were the only clients she had. At no point during the entire process did we feel that we were out of the loop. She sent us updates as soon as she received them. There were times when we used to hear from her before the same emails were delivered to our inboxes.

She is also very clear in her communication. If there was something about a house that she found lacking, she told us outright. This helped us avoid signing up for something that we were clearly under prepared to handle.

Madhu has been an absolute dream to work with.

We were looking to purchase our first home in the San Jose area and our requirements combined with our budget meant that we would be left with very few options. Madhu was the best agent we could have asked for under these circumstances. She is extremely prompt and punctual. She would always be waiting for us at all our showings and would have already done her research beforehand. During our showing, she would point out things about us that we would have definitely have otherwise missed. She would never sugarcoat her opinions, which was very valuable to us.

She has been very helpful getting us connected with everything we needed throughout the purchase, starting from financing options right down to the notary just before closing. Madhu is a fantastic realtor and someone I would work with again in a heartbeat! Here's why: We were first time home buyers. She was our patient teacher/guide in every step right from understanding the different localities, the pros/cons of different types/features of houses, the steps in the home buying process, lenders, etc. To any 1st time buyer considering working with Madhu, I'd recommend that you please listen to her (even as you're doing your own research). Her advice comes from experience and there's no substitute for it. Working with Madhu was a Fabulous Experience, her working style is very upfront and extremely professional. With in our first couple of interactions she new exactly what we wanted and from there she made the whole experience very smooth and engaging.

For first time home buyers like us, I would say we were very lucky to have Madhu to help us out at every step of the process. Right from day one till the day we signed our arguments at the Escrow office for every single appointment Madhu was always at the location 10 minutes before time and by the time we were close by she used to even send us the parking directions. That is how punctual show was all through out the process.

Initially, after looking at houses for 3 months almost every second week, we stopped and took a pause for a year Madhu was very supportive of the decision and not once did we feel like she was trying to sell us something. She never influenced us to move forward unless we like the house 100%.

Even after having close to 2 decades of experience in the Bay Area Real Estate Market and having a Huge Client base, Madhu made us feel like we were her only clients and her topmost priority. Madhu is the epitome of professionalism in real estate which I realized after talking to several agents. Had a very bad experience with the initial agent where things didn’t quite work out well and then finally ended up working with her for my home. For Madhu her first priority are her clients who should feel comfortable with respect to all aspects of home buying process and she ensures you are on the right track with her extensive industry experience, expert guidance and market knowledge. As a first time home buyer me and my wife had lot of questions and fears which Madhu addressed even at odd hours. She is very prompt, patient, responsible with great negotiation skills and always dedicated towards her clients. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and overall a wonderful, lively, fun, upbeat person who ended up being more than a great friend. I would definitely recommend Madhu and look forward to working with her in the near future.

It was very good experience working with Madhumita. She is having in depth knowledge of the bay area housing market. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and she was always very quick in response to most of my queries. I never had any problems or issues working with her. When I made the offer with her help, I have always felt that my case is in safe hand and she was always active throughout the house buying process. I felt that the house buying process went so smoothly only because of her kind help. I would strongly recommend her if anyone in bay area is looking to buy or sell the house.

Madhu has been a great support and trusted advisor in our first home purchase. We couldn't have managed the complex process by ourselves. She made it a very easy and smooth process, right from sharing listing, negotiations with the builder, reviewing every paperwork, follow-up on my behalf with lender, builder (as required) and guiding through the process. She took full ownership to ensure we are well aware and educated on all the steps and ensured that closing is done on time. Madhu had gone above and beyond in helping us throughout the process of home buying. We were on our honeymoon in Italy when we made the offer. She took full ownership of the process and made it super convenient for us to do it remotely without interrupting our trip.

I would like to start out by saying that buying a home is such a personal experience. It is not like picking out a TV or a couch. First off, it is the largest but most importantly, the most emotional purchase of your life and it so important to have the right person navigating you through what can be a very overwhelming process. The whole process from the moment I called Madhu to when I purchased the home luckily for me took less than 2 months… and I am picky! I can confidently say that this had a lot to do with how Madhu assessed my needs and likes just through regular conversation (no special formal interviews here!) and then showed me homes accordingly. This really made the process more efficient. This was super important to me as I am a typical Bay area working mom who does not have too much dispensable time. Sometimes, she also dissuaded me from some, taking into account factors that I may have overlooked- like how close the home was to the main street, noise levels, convenience for my parents when they visit, my lifestyle etc. She played devil’s advocate when needed to which is very rare among real estate agents. Not once did I feel she was trying to sell me something. It was as though I was going to see homes with a person who totally has my interest in mind just like a family member. When I finally saw the home I loved, Madhu walked me through the pros and cons of the home and after i decided to put and offer, she walked me through the steps I need to take to have my best shot at getting the home. I followed her lead here and was able to get the home in spite of multiple offers. Madhu has excellent market knowledge and is very professional in her dealings. In spite of having several clients I felt like I was her only client. She was a 100 % focused on me when she was with me. In addition to all that makes a great professional real estate agent she is also a good human which to me on a personal level was what made it a great home buying experience.

It’s just a stat that we bought our first home with our first offer. For first time home buyer -Madhu was relief to bunch of raw nerves. Her humane touch was invaluable to us.
