Madison Yates, REALTOR® has lived in Jacksonville her entire life. She has had the privilege of watching this area that she loves turn into the booming and lively city that it is today. Her knowledge of and experience in Northeast Florida will allow her to assist all her customers to find exactly what they are looking for!

Madison's has been helping buyers and sellers in Northeast Florida to find and secure their dream homes, investment properties, or even their homes away from home. Madison believes that they exist to help customers find, finance, and facilitate their individualized real estate goals by living out her core values of developing trust, demonstrating initiative, and delivering only expertise.

Being born and raised in this community, Madison now resides in the Middleburg area. She has come to know and love the First Coast after attending Christ the King Catholic School, Bishop Kenny High School, and later graduating with a Bachelor of Health with minors in health education and Spanish language from the University of North Florida. She has served the area by giving her time and treasure to organizations such as The American Red Cross, St. Vincent de Paul’s Society, and The Girl Scouts of America.

A little about Madison is that she enjoys working out at her local YMCA, running in 5ks that support local charities, and going out for a night on the town with her girlfriends.
