About Maggie
Maggie is originally from St. Louis, MO. She found her way to Fredericksburg through the Army. Growing up, she never did think she would move out of St. Louis and away from her family. She also never thought she would fall in love with a soldier. But as fate would have it, she did, and she would not change a thing! Over the past 8 years, through moves across the state, across the country, and across the world, Maggie has been given the opportunity to learn new cultures, explore new towns, and appreciate what makes a place a “home”.
Her journey in real estate started unexpectedly. She loved hitting open houses, touring new construction in her area and other areas she visited, and binge-watching HGTV on the weekends. With a degree in marketing and international business, she never considered becoming a REALTOR®. But then she was offered a job at a commercial real estate firm. Maggie knew real estate was something she could take with her wherever the Army sent them, and she loved to learn new things, so she was in! 3 years later, after learning the ins and outs of the commercial real estate world and managing million-dollar portfolios of office/ warehouse space, the Army moved them to Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Heading to what people called “Fort Lost in the Woods”, she knew if she wanted to continue in real estate, she would have to switch gears and concentrate on residential.
Excited to be in a new town and anxious to be starting her own business, she focused on her passion for people. Maggie made it her mission to ensure every relationship with her clients was always built on trust, hard work, and genuine care for each individual person and their needs. Since that day, she has been able to educate, support, and help people in different communities navigate through one of the biggest investments of their lives. Whether it was expectant parents trying to find the perfect home to raise their baby, a retiree find a tranquil spot to relax after years of working, empty nesters readjust to a smaller space, a woman achieve her dream of homeownership when others told her she never would, and everyone in between, she has been lucky enough to be a part of their story. Talk about life changing! Maggie knows she is exactly where she should be, doing exactly what she should be doing.
