What I love most about Maggie is that she's not slick. She's not fake or fawning; she doesn't dress up in costume or pretend to be interested in you; she's not a caricature of the finger-gun realtor with gimmicky acts who's in it for herself. Maggie is real, she's down-to-earth, straight-forward and highly ethical. That's another thing I love about her. She has a moral compass; she's honest and goes after the very best for her clients while being super respectful of everyone involved, including other agents and their clients. OUR SITUATION: Because a developer suddenly began building a two-story ADU that will look directly into our home and backyard, my husband and I found ourselves unexpectedly having to sell our house. Crazy how life works: On a Monday morning six weeks ago, we weren't thinking of selling our house; by 6 p.m. that night we were selling our house. Cheers to the free fall! Initially, we were angry and felt powerless, but we turned to Maggie who was calm and reasonable. She empowered us by helping us see the possibilities instead of the losses. This was a huge help in our adjustment. By Friday of that same week, she had us meet to sign some paperwork and explain to us the process. On Monday, she set to work finding a buyer for our home, by Wednesday we submitted our counter offer, by Friday we were in contract (she sent us the cutest personalized video) and four easy weeks later, we closed escrow. Throughout it all, Maggie was always available to us and kept us apprised of where things stood. She was very conscious about communicating, making it a point to let us know what she knew as soon as she knew it, again, always with a steady demeanor which was especially meaningful as we navigated inspection and appraisal and release of contingencies. We had many questions early on and also throughout the process, and Maggie patiently answered all of them. She spent time with us without making us feel like she had elsewhere to be, gave us information so we could make the best decisions for our family and and helped us weigh pros and cons when making our choices. It was obvious from the beginning that Maggie has deep experience in and vast knowledge of her field and is very, very good at her job. She really went to the mat for us in finding a buyer and getting an offer we never could have imagined. Like, for real. Like, ZOINKS! Communication was outstanding: Early on, Maggie sent an itemized list of next steps and an expected timeline complete with dates. And she was spot on! Also, when we'd get high-speed wobbles and reach out to her in a panic of questions—whether through text or email or old-fashioned phone calls—she was more responsive than a 13-year-old girl texting with her crush. I don't think we ever waited so much as an hour to hear back from her and each time, she assuaged our fears with her calm and reasoned demeanor. Maggie is a fantastic mix of professional and personal; she's very positive and also a realist. At no time did we doubt that she had our best interests at heart. If I were to rate Maggie on a scale of zero to 10, I'd say this one goes to 11. And so. The moral of this long and winding story is: You should hire Maggie for your real estate needs. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY (that's pretty damn high...) recommend her.

Maggie is a top realtor. Her asset is her experience and professionalism. She has clearly closed many deals and is well versed in the process. she walked me through every step and kept sending video emails to me to explain what was happening. Negotiation and documents were very well handled during escrow and she stayed strong honest and positive throughout the experience.

Maggie is an out standing person and business woman because she is trust worthy, fair, and honest. She knows the real estate business inside and out. She sold my house and then in less than a year helped mediate the sale of a house I bought while I was renting it and am thrill to call it all mind and home. She’s also my go to if I have any request for a good recommendation for house repairs. She’s always there to answer my questions regarding my house. I refer everyone who wants to buy a house to use Maggie.

When I decided to move to San Diego from the Bay Area, Maggie was the first realtor I thought of, given the positive personal and professional interactions my friends and acquaintances in the San Diego area had with her. I was on a tight timeline, and Maggie accommodated me to the fullest. She was tireless in her research on every available property that met my criteria, and she escorted me to probably 20 houses in 2 afternoons. Sure enough, Maggie guided me to my perfect house and then diligently oversaw all of the processes necessary to complete the purchase, always acting as my advocate. This woman knows her stuff! Maggie is unendingly pleasant and friendly and calm, always with her eye on the prize of finding the perfect property for her clients.
