Personal Attention is Fabulous!

We were connected with Maggie Odle, who showed us the property, as well as others. From the very start, Maggie was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. First, I have zero personal affiliation with Maggie and only met her in my recent home search. That said, I cannot recommend Maggie enough. The Nashville market is red hot and I had tried several other realtors prior to meeting Maggie. I met her from a listing she had. I liked her enough form that meeting that I engaged her to help me look for a home in Nashville, to see how she did. She exceeded my expectations. Where other agents were clearly not putting the effort I expected into my search, and were slow to get anything lined up for showings, Maggie was always very responsive, on the ball, and hustling. She was quick to meet us on our schedule for places she or we found, and quick to get in touch with other realtors with our ongoing questions, pre-sale inquiries, and testing out pre-sale offers. On a scale of 1-10 the others, while friendly and nice, got a "5" for overall service. Maggie gets a "10". We weren't looking for million dollar properties and that's the fish all the rest seemed to want to land. Not Maggie, she understood my needs and budget and was effective at getting us into the places we wanted to see quickly, which in Nashville can mean the difference on getting a place or not. She gave my search the attention we simply didn't get from others. Clearly I was happy with her, and I don't offer praise lightly. I recommend her without reservation. You want to find the place that's right for you AND be able to get in to see it on your schedule, use Maggie, be happy. Scott
