Wow! You can tell by all the 5 star reviews that Maggie is the real deal. She was so incredibly patient and thorough during the entire home buying process. My partner and I spent months looking for our home and not once did she rush us in our decision making. She’s really there for her clients. There were multiple homes we saw where after getting her honest opinion we decided not to pursue. I don’t know if we would have gotten our dream home if it wasn’t for Maggie. One of the big things I have had concerns with various agents (not necessarily specific to real state agents) are their eagerness of making the deal done. It can be annoying if you are not in a hurry, and can be deceiving if they just want the deal done. I found neither of them when working with Maggie. She would literally say NO to a house (that you picked at your interest) and point you out the flaws that you didn't even notice. She would not keep pinging you about "recommendations" of loans or insurances unless you bring it up. But if you do need actual help from her, she would be a friend that you can always consult about any questions around your house.

Maggie was our agent for purchasing a SFH as my family moved across the country. Throughout the process, Maggie carried a positive attitude, demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness, as well as being strategic in making offers.
During the first introductory/inquiry call, Maggie spent well over an hour to understand my family’s needs and shared her knowledge of the local housing market. Once we moved into the area, Maggie consistently made herself available for at least one day each week (Thr/Fri as new houses are listed) and set individual appointments for house viewing. This was important since many houses become pending before open houses on the weekend. She was quite responsive even as I reached out to her during the wee hours of the day on a few occasions (always responding within half an hour at most). We really valued her professionalism since the housing market in the area is extremely fast-paced.
Since we are new to the area, my family’s priorities morphed quite a bit over time as we learned the various neighborhoods. After weeks of house showings, Maggie was patient and understanding, reassuring us so we don’t feel rushed into this large financial decision. She is quick to point out advantages/disadvantages of each house, and does not hesitate to let us know if a house is out of our reach even if the listing price is well-within our budget. During the pre-selling preparation, her 360° service covered every detail that was required, including pre-inspection, repair, staging, gardening, cleaning, etc. Compared with other agents who share several contractors' contact with customers and let customers negotiate and haggle by themselves, Maggie had a strong relationship with some trustable contractors. Now I’ve bought 2 rentals with Maggie! One in 2020 and one just a few days ago. Both are of high cash flow and good deals!

After I bought my first rental property with Maggie in 2020, I bought another rental a few days with Maggie. Not only we got my offer accepted in this hot market, we even let the seller reduced the offered price in the later part of this deal. Before we made the offer, we and seller did not even know there was an not decommissioned oil tank to this property. Glad Maggie insisted to do an inspection even we waive the inspection contingency and glad she hired a super responsive inspector to identify this huge risk. At the end of day, along with this, we faces quite a lot obstacles and Maggie handles them professionally and to the best of my interest. This rental has a very high positive cash flow again.
