Mahlet!!! If you want your dream house, I will extremely recomanded mahi. She is very humble, and very supportive and always has positive attitude towards her clients . Mahi loves and enjoys her job, that makes me relax and motivated me to look more house. Mahi has her own quality , for instance, she never never rush clients, she always make sure you find right house, it doesn't matter how much she is tired, She is just sunshine !!! We are not new to Mahlet’s outstanding real estate service. We had such a fun experience working with her when we first bought our first house 4 years ago. And, we came back for more because we knew that if there is a real estate agent in the Puget Sound area that could possibly understand our likes and dislikes it would only be Mahlet Altaye!

It is not an understatement to say that she knows what’s best for us. She is always honest with us about what she thought about each property she has shown us. We always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still cheerfully gives us ideas and recommends contractors and other service providers when we contact her looking for suggestions as we continue working on our home to change it into a business property. What’s extraordinary about Mahlet is that she always goes the extra mile to help her clients understand the home buying process.  She constantly educate herself so that she could better help her clients, and fulfill their specific needs.

She is well-informed, experienced, open-minded, pleasant, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. She was always available to us, day and night, and was so quick to get documents to us during negotiation.
