Maia Moore

Maia Moore has spent much of her life learning how to build a fruitful career within the real estate industry. As the daughter of a real estate agent, Maia's industry knowledge and inclination to help others succeed paved a clear path toward her future profession.

Following her graduation from Appalachian State University with a BS in Advertising, she went on to acquire her North Carolina real estate license and joined Intracoastal Realty.

When it came time to put roots down, Maia was drawn to the Wilmington area after years of visiting with friends and family and creating lifelong memories. She was drawn to the quite lifestyle offering beautiful beaches, a historic and vibrant downtown as well as the multitude of diverse restaurants.

Maia’s favorite things to do are to walk the Wrightsville Beach loop, play tennis with friends and enjoy all the great seafood that the Wilmington area has to offer. A true foodie at heart.
