Maile was born and raised in Hana, Maui and educated at the prestigious Seabury Hall in Makawao, Maui. Maile’s son Jordan is a 2017 graduate of Maui’s Kamehameha School- and has recently moved to Las Vegas - which is often nicknamed the 9th Hawaiian Island - to continue his career ambitions. Together they are thrilled to pursue their new respective life journeys.

Maile brings an extensive portfolio of achievements to the Maui Compass office. For 16 years she was the Executive Assistant to one of Maui’s most prominent and successful brokers who attained the #1 ranking in the state of Hawaii in 2012. During this time, her experience includes administration of over five hundred million dollars in real estate volume, including development sale/administration experience at Maluaka, a Makena luxury Condominium project as well as Makali’i at Wailea. In 2019 alone, she closed over eleven million dollars in real estate, highlighting an extremely successful 3.5-year tenure at Elite Pacific Properties. She most recently spent the last 16 months as Broker in Charge at Aloha Island Rentals LLC dba I Go Maui Vacations.
