About Makayla

Born and raised in North Alabama, MaKayla Elders graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Marketing with specializations in Global Business and Real Estate. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad in Costa Rica, where she studied Spanish and immersed herself in the country’s rich culture and historic architecture. Her admiration for land and architectonics fueled her determination to pursue a career in the real estate industry.
She earned her real estate license while working part-time and completing her final semester of college. She is an active member of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors (HAAR), American Real Estate Society (ARES), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Alabama Association of Realtors (AAR), and the North Alabama Multiple Listing Service (NALMLS).
With a strong foundation in formal education and hands-on experience in the real estate field, she brings tenacity, determination, and a commitment to building and maintaining client relationships—qualities that make her an excellent choice for all home buying and selling needs.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors on the farm with her husband and many pets. Whether clients are closing one chapter or starting a new one, she is available to assist day or night—including weekends—just a call away.
