Malaika is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong leadership background and over 15 years of experience in the East Bay real estate market. Most recently, she served as Branch Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties from 2016 to 2020, where she led operations at both the Piedmont Avenue and Telegraph Avenue offices in Oakland. Her leadership was marked by a focus on agent development, operational excellence, and community engagement.
Before joining BHHS Drysdale Properties, Malaika spent over a decade with Better Homes & Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate, where she held multiple roles, including Realtor, Productivity Coach, and Director for East Bay Regional Data (EBRDI MLS). In each position, she demonstrated a commitment to supporting both clients and fellow agents with her deep market knowledge and strategic insight.
Malaika has also contributed to the broader real estate community through her role as Director of the Oakland Association of REALTORS® from 2009 to 2012.
