When Ken (who was a former Real Estate Broker) and I moved to the coast, he wanted a Buyer's Agent and, at that time, there was only one in Baldwin County. When we met with Malcolm to interview him to determine how he serviced his clients, he asked about our needs, including Ken's special needs due to his handicap. We immediately signed up! Malcolm was a real pro --- before we viewed a house he was there prior to our appointment and explained what would and would not work. He had ALL the information on every house that he showed us. When we finally found the perfect home, anything we needed, he knew who to have us call. In addition to being a real pro, he is a great guy and has a great 50's & 60's band! Additionally, when we sold our house, he referred us to a great Listing Agent. We whole-heartily recommend Malcolm Bond!
