EXCELLENT!!! I purchased a home with Maleyka about a year or so ago and still feels like it was yesterday. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction and the fact that she was able to negotiated below the asking price made it even better. Looking for a new house can be stressfull but Maleyka made the entire process so easy and she is the type of person really takes the time to care about her customers and make sure that all our request were fulfilled.
