Malia grew up in Mankato, and has extensive market knowledge and expertise in relocation, rural properties, and residential sales, serving Mankato, Lake Crystal, Kasota, St. Peter, Amboy, Wells, Good Thunder, Vernon Center, Mapleton, Minnesota Lake, Albert Lea, St. James, Madelia, Blue Earth, Austin, and all of Southern Minnesota.
Malia became licensed in Iowa as well in 2023 and will be servicing the Northern regions of the state as well. Malia spent many years with her grandparents and family in Spirit Lake and Estherville growing up and has a vast knowledge of the area and a love for the lakes. She will be focusing on Spirit Lake, Estherville, Okoboji, Arnolds Park, Milford, Mason City, Clear Lake, Algona and Titonka areas.
Malia also gives back to the community by fundraising for Partners for Affordable Housing by participating in Pedal Past Poverty and Food Drives for ECHO Food Shelf, and helping with the local animal rescues.
In her free time, Malia enjoys the outdoors, riding 4 wheelers, playing with her farm animals, and driving endless miles in her Mini Coopers.
