About Malihe

Born and educated in Tehran, Iran, Malihe relocated to Tampa, Florida in the late 1970s, where she met her late husband, Paul, a career pilot with the U.S. Marines. Following Paul’s retirement in 1990, they moved to Singapore and then Hong Kong, where Malihe began her real estate career and Paul continued flying with Cathay Pacific Airlines. Here, she developed invaluable experience working in one of the world’s most challenging real estate markets, long revered for global benchmark sales in ultra-luxury real estate. Returning to the United States in 2000, Malihe continued to work as a Realtor in the Northern Virginia, Washington DC metropolitan area, where she ranked in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. As second homeowners on Longboat Key with a passion for the Florida lifestyle, Malihe and Paul ultimately returned to the Sunshine State in 2012, where she has built on her success with the Longboat Key South office of Michael Saunders & Company.

Malihe is a Liberal Arts graduate of the former Pahlavi University in Tehran and is fluent in English and Farsi with basic conversational French. She and Paul have three sons. In celebration of Paul’s memory, Malihe enjoys the many activities the couple shared throughout their 34 years of marriage and friendship including going to the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating and travelling.
