Mallorie is a consumate professional. She supported my wife and I through a good-deal-turned-horrific with poise, competence, and grace. She helped us fight for what was right, independent of the possible consequences to her share of the closing costs. Mallorie was on our side the whole way and I cannot recommend her enthusiastically enough. You can trust her to do the right thing.

There aren't enough words to say how impressed I am with Mallorie. She is the trifecta of knowledge, professionalism and goodness.

She provided solid, but fair, advice throughout a very contentious and unusual process. Despite the fact that Mallorie was no longer going to make money on our deal, she remained available to us (often working nights and weekends) and continued to provide invaluable support and assistance. She had an impressively extensive knowledge of local laws and real estate policies and procedures and caught mistakes that everyone else missed.

I truly cannot recommend her highly enough and can't wait to work with her again.

Mallorie helped us with the sale of our house in addition to the purchase of my new house. Our house sold very quickly and at high value for the neighborhood. She worked with us and gave us many tips when getting our house ready to put on the market. She then helped us when looking for a new home. She was easy to schedule showings with and when we decided to do a new build she joined the important meetings and was there for the inspection to point out anything I might have missed. She made herself available every step of the way. Mallorie is extremely knowledgeable (I put this to the test with my many questions) and professional. Clearly communicated all the facts to us to help us make informed decisions. Overall she just made the process easy and she was great to work with. I have recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so.
