My husband and I recently bought a beautiful house with Manada's help. She is an amazing person, very kind and knowledgeable about the area from the very north to the south of Bay Area. You name a street in an area and she knows how it is. She knows if the area has any problems, buildings around, issues, whether it is noisy or not, how the schools are and etc.. less searching from our side was needed because she would already know and after some time, we learned from her too. This helped us filter a lot of properties and we were able to narrow down the options and follow her towards our goal. This is what differentiate her from other realtors. She knows it takes time, she knows people have different pace and she is just there to help you. She was very easy to work with and answered all the questions we had even after we put the offer and went through the escrow process. She knows good people, good bankers loan agents, etc... We trusted her opinion in every aspects and this made us confident in buying our house. Thank You Mandana!

Our home buying process with Mandana was very smooth and successful: we already knew what type of home we wanted, but securing a house in this competitive market was very difficult. With Mandana's contacts and her superb skills, we were able to get the house we wanted even before the offer date. We were thrilled! Since the home we bought is in its original state, we are now working on the remodeling part. Mandana helped us find the right architect for the plan, and also attended the calls with the architect and gave us her valuable inputs and recommendations. For finding contractors she also has a great network that we're utilizing. Whenever we have a question either about finding a specialist in a particular area or about where to buy what material from, Mandana knows the answer(s) and always points us in the right direction. With Mandana such a daunting task of remodeling a house during the pandemic seems much smoother! We highly recommend Mandana!

I had a great pleasure working with Mandana to purchase my property in the Bay area in a very efficient way. We visited several places for around a month and after finding the property that would match my interests, we placed a competitive offer and by a good chance it got accepted. Purchasing a real estate may take several months (visiting, submitting offers) and I highly recommend to do the homework like mortgage, market analysis, virtual visits (due to pandemic), and work with an excellent experienced real estate agent to purchase the property.

Working with Mandana was an excellent experience. She was kind, listened to what we were looking for, and was able to make our budget work. Each time we debrief es with her after a viewing, we were on the same page.

But, Mandana's assistance didn't end with making an offer. She was there for us to ask questions throughout the entire process of escrow, and she was able to make recommendations for contractors/handy people after purchase. She has been a fantastic resource and I highly recommend her service.

Mandana helped us buy a house and then sell it a decade later. Through that entire time, she has become a very good friend. Despite us being in a different country, Mandana took care of the renovation and sale of our house entirely on the ground. Everything went well, and I can't thank God enough for bringing Mandana into our lives! She is someone you can completely trust, 200%. She will not let you purchase a property that she wouldn't buy! And she won't let you sell something that doesn't have some work put in which will drastically reduce sale time and increase sale $. She values relationships above anything else, and I will repeat that for the people in the back. If you have worked with Mandana in the past, you know how fantastic she is. We have been Mandana’s clients and known her for over 7 years and bought both our first home - a condo and most recently a single family home using her help and guidance.

She is a very knowledgeable, well connected and seasoned realtor in the Bay Area. She is very well versed and has helped buy/ sell several homes in and around majority of great neighborhoods in the Bay Area.

Mandana listens to her clients’ requirements very carefully and sets up searches accordingly. She is very honest with her feedback or opinion on homes she shows while keeping her clients requirements and budget in mind.

Her responsiveness is simply amazing and even if she may be managing multiple clients/ projects at a given time she always makes time for you either to connect virtually or in person (we have had a couple calls that have gone until midnight sometimes!). That is because she is extremely passionate about her job and very hard working.

She has a keen eye to see potential in homes that may not always meet one’s ‘eye- appeal’ but have a lot of scope if you are open to remodeling and alterations. She genuinely cares about her clients and tries her best to set them up with the homes they desire.

Mandana was great end to end. Professional, yet very caring, she allowed us to set the pace in our house searching. The first one had another offer she had a hunch what the other offer was & mange to get us the house under the asking & $5000 before the closing. The second house had six offers but she knew what the right offer is in order to get the house! I have worked with Mandana through my friend referral. I have bought my home in less than a month and I think this was my best bet. Below are the things I liked about her most;
1. Her honest opinion. You always want to buy a perfect home but this is Bay Area and you have to compromise. Mandana was a great asset to make the right compromise as she knows the area very well.
2. Accurate home improvement cost estimation. It is very important because this is the money you pay in cash and time you have to consider the work get done.
3. Always up for seeing the place and it gave me confidence when she was approving a place.
4. In less than a month, I had put 3 offers and she never complained or push me to go above my comfortable price for each of them.
5. She doesn't limit her work to home purchase. She helps you with all the things you would need after home purchase. Because of her experience, you have the privilege of having her valuable insight and resources.
6. She is very supportive. For me, it is like finding a friend that I can call any time I have an issue.

Having just moved to Seattle from the Bay Area, being so remote, and not being able to take care of the things that needed a physical presence; all I can say is: it was only and only, Mandana, or should I say "The Mandana" whose presence was peace of mind that everything from inspections, staging, and repairs all the way to the Escrow and Title negotiations and setup could be managed so seamlessly and efficiently that all I have to be worried about was, .....wait a minute,..... there was nothing to worry about!

Mandana came strongly recommended from one of my friends who had worked with her to buy her first home, and after working with her myself I could clearly see the reasons. She has years of experience in Bay Area and can make very accurate estimations on a property value. Beside all this, she is the agent that you can trust. She clearly tells you her true opinion if she thinks you’re choosing to buy a property that has some issues. She makes sure that you choose a property that can be sold (with a higher value) in future if you decide to sell it later. She is very responsive with the emails and questions. She helped us during the whole process including finding a loan agent with a good interest rate as well as finding construction workers to do some small maintenance work post purchase. I highly recommend her!

Being local there, she has street-by-street knowledge of Los Altos and is very well-informed about pros and cons of each house. She is not pushy at all and no matter how rational you are, at some point in the house-hunting journey decisions become emotional and it is a must-have for your realtor to keep things in check and help with logical decision-making. Mandana is very responsive and we never had issues with same-day appointments. She goes beyond typical realtor services and continues to provide help and consultation post-closing with remodeling advice, contractor referrals, etc and makes you feel you have someone trustworthy on your side !

Mandana helped us buying our house recently and we couldn’t be more pleased with her service. She made us a huge potential list matching our criteria, which we went thru together and shortlisted tens of houses. She spent hours with us visiting different locations, and paid attention to very little details in each house, to an extent, it wasn’t very obvious who we are shopping for; herself or ourselves? ;) She understands the market deeply and cares about the sellability of the house too. In addition to these, one thing that really amazed me was, in every house, she came up with good short-term and long-term ideas on how one could enhance the house. I worked with Mandana when buying my house and it was a great experience. My target ranged from Sunnyvale all the way north to Palo Alto and Mandana is very knowledgable about each local market and is always able to provide useful suggestion and make accurate assessment for value of the properties. She also deeply cares about my need. She came up with a touring list every week and they always align well with my interest. Mandana is also super responsive and patient. She always replied to my text and calls quickly and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She also reviewed the disclosure items with me one by one before making an offer which is super helpful. Mandana is also very good negotiating when it comes to bidding situation. She can establish active communication with seller and make sure we always make informative decision. After buying the house, Mandana also helped me find good general contractor for remodeling and took care of the process of finding tenants to rent the house.
