Mandi Drake is a super realtor. She represented us for the sale of our fathers home in Yerington. We live an hour away so going back and forth was going to be a pain. Mandi met us in Yerington 1 time and walked through the house to see if we needed to do any improvements before we listed it
We did what she said to do and we sold it in 1 week at full asking. All paperwork was done on line and the notary came to us so never had to go back to Yerington. I can not recommend Mandi enough

The prominent realtor in town was very negative about our home and said might not sell for many months and we would not get the price we wanted. I heard about Mandi Drake and called her. Mandi responded immediately and always does. When she came to see our home, she had already researched it and had several buyers in mind already!
