I can honestly say Mandi Drake is an amazing real estate agent. I watched her sell our neighbors house a few years back in a day, so it was a no brainer to have her sell our house when we found a new home. Mandi originally came out last year to advise us on what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. When we found our new house, we decided to go ahead and list our house as we honestly didn't know how long it would take to sell. Well Mandi's pictures and description let to our house having multiple offers in 3 days and sold for full asking price. We can never thank you enough Mandi!!!

I can’t recommend Mandi Drake enough! She’s an expert in Yerington, especially when it comes to land, and she really knows the surrounding areas too.
I picked her just based on reviews and her knowledge of the area, even though I didn’t know her personally, and it turned out to be the best decision. I live in Arizona, but was selling land in Nevada, and she made the whole long-distance process easy. She kept me updated, walked me through everything, and got it all closed without a hitch.

The prominent realtor in town was very negative about our home and said might not sell for many months and we would not get the price we wanted. I heard about Mandi Drake and called her.
