Mandy Montoya

Mandy is a highly focused broker dedicated to her clients and helping them achieve their real estate dreams. As a Bay Area native, she has lifelong familiarity with our schools, community resources, and business environment. Each neighborhood in Silicon Valley has its distinct personality and micro-real estate market. Her expert knowledge of the market and deep understanding of clients' goals are her formula for success.

Responsive, insightful, and energetic, Mandy takes great pride in exceeding her clients' expectations.

Previously, she served as Marketing Manager for former Vice President Al Gore’s Alliance for Climate Protection nonprofit group. She also has 15 years of experience in managing international clients for advertising agencies, including J. Walter Thompson and DDB Needham.

Mandy served on the Board of the Menlo-Atherton Education Foundation and has had the honor of serving as a Wishgranter for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. She immensely enjoyed volunteering at her children’s schools, which included Oak Knoll, Hillview, Castilleja, and Saint Francis.
Mandy is a UCLA graduate. She’s also an avid basketball fan and player. Together with Archie, her Boston Terrier, you’ll find her hiking and enjoying the beautiful outdoors as much as possible - unless Stanford women or the Warriors are playing.
