Mandy Specchio is no stranger to the Real Estate Industry. Mandy has provided real estate services for over 20 years in Residential and Commercial sales including New Home Subdivisions, Foreclosures and the Short Sale industry. Mandy's career accomplishments include recognition as a Multi Million Dollar Top Producer, Top Producer/ Overall Production Leader, Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent.
Mandy's dedication to the Real Estate Industry has led her to be a Trustee for the Reno/Sparks Board of Realtors®. Dedicated to Real Estate Education, Mandy was also a Post Licensing & CE Instructor for the Realty 500 Corporation. Mandy has also participated in numerous charitable events earning her a special recognition certificate from the US Senator Majority Leader at that time Harry Reid.
Mandy is married & has 3 grown sons and one grandson. Mandy loves to Read & loves Disney & NASCAR. Mandy likes to travel, take their pontoon to the Chain of Lakes and walk the downtown sidewalks in the Lake County Communities absorbing all the beauty and history. They currently reside in the quaint community of Mount Dora, FL.
