Manny Alvarez

I was born, raised, and educated in New Jersey. In 2000, I graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biological Sciences. After college, I was recruited by the pharmaceutical industry and spent 13 years honing my professional skills as a pharmaceutical sales representative and an account manager. Most recently, I negotiated multi-million dollar deals with the Department of Defense, major hospital corporations, and other large healthcare agencies on behalf of prescription drug manufacturers. In 2013, I decided to follow my passion for real-estate and went into business for myself. I’ve found that my body of professional experience gives me a distinct advantage over my colleagues. Negotiating an 8-figure purchase is something with which I’ve had a lot of experience and success. Unfortunately, not all of my colleagues in the real estate business have had the luxury of doing the same.

In the past 2 years, I’ve solidified my passion for real-estate and have brokered deals with an average purchase price of approximately $2mm. Luxury residences are my specialty and my forté.

How I distinguish myself from the other several hundred real estate agents in Orange County is simple – personal service. I insist on answering all of my own phone calls, respond to all of my own emails, and insist on attending all property viewings when representing both buyers, and sellers. I take control of your entire transaction, leave nothing to chance, and negotiate the best deal for you on every transaction.
