I had the opportunity to work with Manny and Brian to help get my mothers home refinanced. My father passed away last year and left her with a high mortgage. I spoke to Manny who gave my information to Brian at Coastal Mortgage. Brian was patient and worked with us on every step to get her a better rate. He explained everything and never left a detail out . I highly recommend them both. Thank you

Manny has been by far the best realtor I have done business with. He was there every step of the process from general question to walkthroughs when it came to the selling of my home. Manny made himself available at anytime of the day or night. His expert knowledge of the market made me confident that he would be able to sell my home. He is indeed a cut above the rest and one of the best, if not the best relator in the DMV!!

Manny takes such a personal interest in the lives of his clients that it feels he's your private realtor. No phone call goes unanswered, no text message left on read. We spoke more about life than anything else. In doing so he develops a keen understanding of his clients' needs and desires and is able to develop a relationship where you feel complete trust in the work he does for you. He lets you make your own decisions with advice and guidance along the way. The results speak for themselves. I sold my house above asking price within 3 days. And that was because I was dragging my feet. I can't speak highly enough of the care and attentiveness Manny provided through this whole process. Many times I asked myself "It can't be this easy, can it?". Well, it can and it is with Manny Branco.

It was such a pleasure doing business with Manny. He took the time to go over things with us and was always available when we had questions. When the buyers decided at the last minute they wanted us to get rid of the excess paint we used for the house, Manny stepped right up to help us. I wish we would have had Manny when we bought our house in Delaware. We had multiple issues with that realtor. It made us appreciate Manny even more. We highly recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell a house!
