October 2023 my fiancé and I wanted to look into shortening our current rental lease in search of a home. Naive on where to start I signed up for a tour through Zillow for a few showings to test the market. Knowing we were looking to purchase in a historically high interest rate environment, we were weary as first time home buyers. The first home tour put us in contact with Luciano Garcia with Team Hernandez. To start Luciano is extremely well versed in his field and very experienced. Paired with Luciano’s consistent open communication makes a great customer service experience for first time buyers in a volatile market. We saw around 4-5 homes that didn’t meet our low fixer up expectations, cost, and space. This was a first of hurdles that Luciano helped clear in the home buying process. We regrouped for an information session discussing our non-negotiable, the full home buying process, detailing closing cost, estimated mortgage payments, cost outside of closing and etc.. Understanding our wants and needs Luciano showed us an off the market home. At first sight we loved the home, but still wanted to keep our options open. But nothing compared to the price, location,space, and aesthetic possibilities. The selling process was tricky with the seller being more arduous than we anticipated. There was a lot of work on our end and Luciano’s to close the deals price, inspection tasks,and final closing date. There were pitfalls in the process leaving me and my fiancé uncertain of the deal going through. Overall it was a testament to Luciano’s ability to negotiation, mediate, and articulate each parties needs and a deal was finalized. I and my fiancé can speak highly of recommending Luciano Garcia from team Hernandez to provide you quality service, exponential knowledge, communication, and most importantly a new home you will love.

Manny Hernandez and his team are very knowledgeable, genuine, and super caring. As a young first time homebuyer, my fiancé and I didn’t know exactly what we were looking for at the beginning. Manny definitely showed consistent patience and was also trying to find us the best value. Once we were in his buying system, we would get new properties sent to us via email almost everyday. I appreciated this becuase it made it easy to see new listings without having to visit different websites. Communication is what I appreciated the most about Manny’s team, he was always available to jump on a quick call to explain something to me and my fiancé. People say quality, speed, cost, pick two. Well Team Hernandez can do it all. I was 27 yo, looking to purchase my first home. From the pre-approval to closing day, these guys were invaluable throughout the entire process and always a phone call or text message away for any questions I had.

My home buying process began with a different realtor. Being a health care worker with a very busy schedule and very specific requirements for my home, I was elated to find a realtor who was available when our schedules permitted us to see the homes and to answer any questions or concerns, very knowledgeful preparing us on day one with what to expect, and professional yet personable enough to put our minds at ease during the process. Our experience with Team Hernandez was a unique one, filled with lots of ups and downs. We worked exclusively with Manny Hernandez. Our initial plan was to look for our "dream home" in the spring of 2021. We ended up finding a home that looked amazing and contacted Manny so we could see it. We viewed the home on 2 separate visits before we made an offer on it and got approved for the loan amount. We got the home under contract so now we just needed to sell our home. That's where things got difficult. We invested around $40-$50k over 13 years in our home with updates ranging from a new roof, doors and windows to remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. But, our home became difficult to sell for 1 simple reason. Our backyard view was of a trailer park neighborhood and that discouraged almost every potential buyer. We never had any issues with anyone in the trailer community but, as Manny explained, it's the perception of the "trailer homes" that gives a bad image. After a month of showings, we didn't get a single offer and we were forced to lower our asking price. That meant that we couldn't afford the home we had under contract. This was very discouraging. Of course, shortly after we had to let the other home go, we received an offer on our home. After a little back and forth negotiating, we agreed to an asking price of $270k. Now, we needed to find another new home for ourselves. We looked at a LOT of other homes but nothing was really grabbing our interests and we began reconsidering not selling at all anymore. That's when Manny really came through. He found us a home that wasn't even listed yet. The owner wasn't planning to list until the spring, just like us. The home was very nice, but it took a while to really convince ourselves that it was the right one for us. It came with an in-ground pool, which we weren't really looking for. We ended up seeing the same home 3 times before we decided to move forward with making an offer. Everything fell into place after that. Our home's selling price allowed us to give a 15% down payment on our new home and still afforded us some profits from the sale. We were expecting to profit about $8k but we ended up with over $14K instead ! Manny and his team work diligently for us. They did everything they could to make the entire process as smooth as possible, guiding us through every step of the process. There were moments where we felt that Manny was being too unbiased, trying to please both the sellers of our new home and us, which made us feel like he wasn't "fighting" for us. But, he quickly reassured us that he always had our best interests in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Team Hernandez ! You won't be disappointed.

I was looking to buy a house in the beginning of January and had a lot of things I needed to work on first so I didn't end up finding a house until end of October early November. That whole time my realtor Luciano would call and check on me and my family, see if I had any questions, help me if I had any issues, and send me houses to browse when I could start looking for a house to purchase! All around very committed and very friendly! Helped out with so much between explaining the process of purchasing and the steps of closing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My wife and I were first time homebuyers and our realtor was Manny. As a first time homebuyer I wasn’t sure what to expect and thought a realtor only interest was to make their commission and not care for the individual best interest. I was totally mistaken with team Hernandez. Manny listened to my wife’s opinion and liking which she was amazed someone took the time to care and gave feedback. Looking at homes was easier then I expected as Manny was able to narrow our liking so we could maximize our viewing during Covid-19.

Manny’s honest opinion when looking at potential homes we liked said a lot. An example of this was a home I REALLY liked in Lake of The Four Season’s and price was around the range my wife and I were comfortable at but, Manny then explained HOA fees and regulations. He did the math on the property and took into consideration my growing family. He convinced my wife to keep looking and myself to carefully think future wise with growing family's and how space can become a factor. Manny has a talent in balancing a married couple’s tastes which isn’t easy and for that I appreciate team Hernandez.
