Mansi Kaushik

Before working as a realtor, Mansi was a founder and program manager for science camps for high school students in a non-profit organization. She has a certification in Drug Discovery and Research from University of Washington, M.S. in Biotechnology, and certification for multiple software technologies.
Mansi lives with her husband, son, and daughter in Redmond.

With prior experience as a technology program manager, she is at home with tech innovations in the Real Estate Industry and social media. Her roots from a family where four generations lived together empower her to empathize with your family values. Her journey and learnings as a self-made professional help her understand your needs in a busy and competitive world and drive her to meet them in a data driven manner.

Outside work, Mansi has a passion for colors and loves painting. Her fondness for learning new cultures, meeting new people and making diverse friends motivates her to travel around. She likes organizing events, doing home interior decorations, capturing memories with her SLR, and creating scrapbooks. She is also a trained Kathak (classical Indian dance form) dancer, has black belt in Karate, and a district champion in swimming. She loves to hike on trails in Washington and, attending and supporting local events and organizations.
