I was trying to sell my home and hired Manuela to get the job done. I was extremely cautious about hiring a realtor since I have had some seriously bad realtor experiences. Manuela is just an amazing agent! She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy. Manuela immediately put me at ease. She was extremely flexible with open houses and was amazing about working around my schedules. She was never pushy and always supportive. Once we found our ideal buyer Manuela was really terrific during the selling process, she made the transition smooth and efficient during this stressful time. Her love of her profession and clients definitely shows. I cannot recommend Manuela highly enough!

Manuela was outstanding to work with throughout my investment property buying experience.
She was very friendly and helpful, professional and knowledgeable, she communicated well throughout the process, and served as my advocate from first call to closing.
My experience started on a Friday late afternoon as I found a property on MLS, I was interested in seeing. I texted her, asking her if she would be able to help me and could organize a showing. Only a few minutes later she called me and answered all my questions about the property, and we scheduled a showing for the next day.
I thought Manuela was great to this point, but this is where she went well above and beyond my expectations. She handled all of the negotiations with the seller, helped me in an outstanding way with the Property Association and took care for a smooth transition
As the result of her efforts, I was able to close on the property less than 15 days after first contacting her.
I highly recommend Manuela for all your real estate needs!

Manuela and Alfred are super knowledgeable about the Marco Island and Naples areas. Considering we were purchasing a vacation home and did not know which neighborhoods to look in, they made sure to ask us all the right questions about our interests, finances and how we would be using this property. They were very patient with our numerous questions and made sure we were totally comfortable with our new adventure! They even helped us after the purchase to take the right steps to connect utilities, get insurance and helped us to get the best vendors on Marco Island.
