Maram’s success in residential real estate draws from her strong analytical and negotiating skills developed during more than 20 years working as a software/firmware engineer for companies such as Compaq and Hewlett Packard. Maram constantly works to upgrade her skills with courses emphasizing principles and techniques of residential real estate as part of Maram’s commitment to best serve her clients.

Maram is involved in community organizations and the public schools in Orinda, where she has resided for the last twenty years with her husband and two children. She is a steering committee member of Neighbor to Neighbor which is an initiative between Lafayette Orinda Presbyterian Church (LOPC), Temple Isiah (TI), and San Ramon Valley Islamic Center (SRVIC), Interfaith Women Circles and a member of the Interfaith Council of Contra Costa County (ICCCC). Maram works to create more understanding in the community she lives in and brings that into her work as an agent.
