Marc Small has been involved in real estate for over 30 years calling Steamboat Springs home for the past 15. He is proud to be involved in the community and the continuing growth of the valley. Marc has a Bachelor's degree in Business, with an accounting background. He began his extensive business experience in Steamboat Springs as the owner of Lincoln Avenue Printers, publishers of The Steamboat Guide, Steamboat Entertainment, and the Steamboat Dining Guide. Marc's community involvement includes a position as President of the Steamboat Chamber Ambassadors, Crime Stoppers and as a Steamboat Ski Corporation Ambassador. Marc keeps his fingers on the pulse of the community as a Steamboat Ski Corporation representative, volunteer benefit coordinator and scholarship provider for deserving high school students. Marc specializes in commercial and residential real estate with a solid understanding of real estate development; priding himself on his ability to find the perfect Steamboat property to match your needs.
