Marc Strauss

Marc E. Strauss Joined Marcus & Millichap in 1997 and is currently a Senior Vice President Investments in the Fort Lauderdale office. Marc is also a Senior Director in the firm's National Retail and Net Leased Properties Divisions and an Associate Director in the firm's National Office and Industrial Properties Division.

Marc's solid understanding of investment real estate is a result of his 34 years of experience in the industry. His level of professionalism is reflected in his commitment to his clients. Marc helps his clients generate and protect their wealth by consistently providing the thorough real estate investment research, advisory, financing and transaction services.

During his career at Marcus & Millichap, Marc has represented buyers and sellers in investment property transactions totaling more than $1 billion. He has closed more than 425 transactions in 27 states. Marc is considered a true national broker. Marc’s areas of expertise include shopping centers, single-tenant properties, strip malls, outlet centers, triple-net properties and office buildings.

Marc earned his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from Rollins College.
