Mr. Wiser provides a full range of comprehensive real estate brokerage services to tenants, investors and landlords alike, specializing in landlord and tenant representation assignments including lease, purchase/sale, transactions, strategic planning, consulting, marketing, and site selection services, as well as lease re-negotiations.

Prior to forming Go Commercial, Marc spent 12 years as Vice President with Legend Properties, he served as a Leasing Associate with The Wolfson Group, was Vice President of Retail Services at Mahoney Realty Group and Director of Leasing at The Rodin Group, all in the Philadelphia region.
