In our process of first time home buying, Marcel was very supportive and knowledgeable. We spent many tours pointing out things that interested us and Marcel took note of these and was able to narrow our searches based on what really stood out to us. Marcel took the time to review the dozens of homes we sent him every week and quickly reply with more information about each home. He went on over half a dozen tours with us almost every single weekend for months, as was able to teach us pros and cons so that we could feel comfortable touring on our own.

As we started the closing process on our new home, we stayed in contact with us every step of the way to make sure we were supported or could ask any questions we might have, no matter how small.

Marcel made a very stressful experience a significantly more enjoyable one, and we can not thank him enough for his patience, kindness, effort, and attention to detail.

We recently worked with Marcel Kluetz to buy our first home, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He was responsive to our calls, questions, and requests to tour homes, and always took the time to answer our questions in a clear and concise way. He also took the time to educate us on the home-buying process from start to finish, which was incredibly helpful.
One of the things we appreciated most about Marcel was his willingness to fight hard for us to get the house we wanted. He was persistent and knowledgeable about the market and was able to negotiate a great deal for us. He also helped us steer away from impulsive decisions but fully supported us when we were making a good one.
We were active home buyers and every week would send him several listings we wanted him to review and provide feedback on before deciding to go to the open house or having him schedule a tour. We put him through this for about two months until we were finally able to land the right one. We kept him busy and he was nothing but helpful and happy to work with us the entire time.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience working with Marcel. He is a friendly, charismatic, and knowledgeable agent who we would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

The task of entrusting a person to guide you through one of the most important decisions of your life isn't an easy one, but if you're looking at this review and you're considering using Marcel, take the leap, we couldn't have asked for better.

In a serendipitous moment, we met Marcel at an open house that he was actually covering for. Before we left, I felt compelled to strike up a conversation and from there, I knew we were in the right hands.

Marcel, from a distance of several states, helped us find our beautiful home in Queen Anne and jumped through hoops and did each and everything along the way we asked and more. He's experienced, a great communicator, but most of all, he's just a great person to be around and involved with (feeling a personal connection is not overrated and this couldn't ring more true in this case).

In short, in the sea of real estate agents, if you're fortunate like us to have found Marcel, look no further!

I wanted to start off this year strong by taking the plunge into real estate by buying a property in one of my favorite US cities. One of the advice I was given was to find a real estate agent who knows the area. I did a Google search for the best agents in Seattle and Marcel came up first on the search results.

From the very beginning Marcel was very patient, answered all my questions, and paid attention to all the requirements I had for my desired property. He also put me in touch with a mortgage broker who got me an outstanding loan deal. After weeks of searching he finally compiled a list of properties suitable for my interests. Once I narrowed down my choices he moved fast on one of them and won the bid for it, making me a homeowner for the first time!

When I started this process I was afraid that it wouldn't work out because I've heard that the US real estate market is very difficult to get into. Even people with more money than me have a hard time getting a property. After dealing with Marcel, I learned that have a great real estate agent goes a long way to making the process a lot easier. Even now he still helps me out with managing the property while it is being rented out.

So if you're looking for the best real estate agent in the Seattle area then Marcel Kluetz is the one to go to.

TLDR: I’d I’ve him 6 stars if that was an option- hire him, you’ll regret it if you don’t!

We recently had Marcel represent us to both sell our Bothell home and to purchase a new home in Lake Forest Park at the same time in the middle of a very hot, competitive market.

While selling our home Marcel was very hands on, presentC and had a great eye for staging and preparation recommendations. He did in depth research for listing price point, and was strategic in reviewing offers and facilitating a bidding war. The marketing, photography, and networking for our home was spectacular. Our house sold for significantly more than we had ever imagined which is a direct result of Marcel working hard for us. Marcel made sure our winning offer gave us plenty of time to house hunt for our new home and move. The timing and transition was flawless.

While buying our new home, Marcel was on top of new listings immediately helping us to be one of the first people through the doors. He knew our priorities so well he could anticipate pros and cons before we even realized them during walk throughs. His industry experience was invaluable in reviewing home inspection reports and any questions about potential homes that came up. When it came to writing offers he provided invaluable direction on strategy which ultimately allowed us to win a really tough bidding war for our new home.

He is kind, charismatic, and outgoing - but direct and aggressive when appropriate. Marcel is exactly who you want in your corner during the home buying/selling process and we will absolutely use him again in the future.

I would 100% recommend Marcel Kluetz to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Seattle area. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we were beyond happy with our experience with Marcel. He made the process informative, fun, professional and smooth from start to finish. By working with Marcel, we landed in the most perfect home for us, that met all our criteria, in less than 2 months, right before summer!

From the start, Marcel intentionally focused on helping us learn the market, learn about houses, neighborhoods and narrow down our criteria in what we were looking for in our first home. Marcel is incredibly sharp and helpful. He knows the market and areas exceptionally well and brings a sharp eye and is very knowledgeable when it comes to contractor work. I cannot say enough about our experience working with Marcel. From the outset, he was incredibly responsive and gung-ho about getting us into a house that we loved. He took us on some early tours to get a gauge of what was most important to us in a home and then did an amazing job of finding houses for us that had those pieces. He taught us what red flags to look for in the process, and educated us on general costs of fixes that houses needed. He was very patient and never pushed us to jump on a house that we were lukewarm about, despite the market being very competitive. When we did our first walkthrough of our home, he said, “This feels like home.” From that point he was dogged about getting us the house. We got it despite not having the highest offer. Marcel is super friendly, easy to talk to, and communicative. It was clear that selling agents/brokers/inspectors all felt this as well. I highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a house that "feels like home"!

Marcel was fantastic! He went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. He took time to educate us on the home buying process, really made sure he understood what we wanted in a home, and when we found the right one made sure we had a strong offer. He was available to answer questions and calls which made the whole process much less stressful! Even after we moved in he followed up with us to make sure everything was working out smoothly.
