Marcella Dean

A native of Asheville, Marcella has over 25 years of experience in local real estate. With experience in selling both primary and secondary homes, she has a passion for finding luxury and resort style properties for homebuyers. She has worked in corporate real estate, counting some Fortune 500 companies as clients. Her in-depth knowledge of the Asheville and surrounding area along with strong communication skills, patience and negotiation skills have all contributed to her success as a professional real estate broker in the Asheville market.

Marcella’s family has been involved in Asheville real estate since 1970. Growing up in the real estate industry prepared her to grow and succeed in business. She started her professional real estate career 25 years ago after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State. Her goal is to provide her insight and knowledge of the local real estate industry to help her clients make educated decisions. She enjoys sharing her passion of the area and feel fortunate to live and work in such a beautiful area of the blue ridge mountains.

Marcella is passionate about giving back to the community. Being a member of the Junior League of Asheville gave her the opportunity to advise and advocate children in the area. She spends her free time hiking, skiing. offshore fishing, enjoying the outdoors during all the beautiful seasons our region has to offer.
