It is not an understatement to say, I could not have sold my home without Marcie's professional knowledge and guidance. It had been my family's home for thirty years; my husband had passed away and my children had moved out. It was a huge undertaking for me and Marcie was there every step of the way from beginning to end. I would highly, highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

Marcie was incredibly helpful, professional and hard working. She did not stop trying to find us a hone in the most challenging environment Our home suffered a devastating fire, I had Covid and we needed a place to stay. She took on a lot and found us just what we needed. I recommend her highly. She also sold a family home for us , also with the utmost of quality.

Marcie helped my husband and I find our dream home in Port Washington - we highly
recommend working with her.

Our relationship started when she gave us an insightful, beautiful, and helpful tour of Port Washington while we were trying to decide which town we wanted to live in. At the time, we were only planning on renting (and buying later), so there wasn’t yet a commission in it for her, but she spent a couple of hours with us: answering our questions, pointing out interesting spots, and making suggestions.

When we later decided to go ahead and buy, we spent a lot of time discussing what we were looking for and she set-up email alerts through her website. She then compiled a list of all the places she thought we might like, made us a whole slew of appointments and off we went in search of our new home! She was patient with us as we gradually crossed all the first few houses off our list, and she emailed us excited as soon as the house we ultimately bought came on the market (she knew it would be up our alley).

Throughout the negotiation and then the closing, we relied on her for her advice and local relationships. She helped us make our bids, she followed up with folks that needed chasing, and she even helped us navigate finding home owners insurance relatively late in the process when we realized we suddenly needed it!

All in all, we highly recommend working with her and will definitely reach out to her again if we’re selling our place or buying a new one (but hopefully we won’t have to! :p)

Marcie is an amazing person and professional. She is easy going yet knowledgeable and resourceful and guided us through understanding the town where we ultimately purchased our home. The first time we met her she took us on a guided tour. But we had a toddler in a car seat, but she said no worries, so we strapped the seat in her car and off we went. My daughter eventually came to see her as a friend, probably from the countless time Marcie played/distracted her in one room while we toured the house. When it came time to break the news of our Big Move to our daughter, we called Marcie to help. It was my husband’s birthday and so my daughter and I were set in buying him a lawn. Or that was the story. She spoke to Marcie for a few minutes about the lawn and how great it would be to give this gift to her dada for his birthday and then she could play in it too. All this to say, Marcie is a wonderful person and agent. If you get a chance to work with her consider yourself lucky. We looked at other towns and sat with other agents, but felt best with Marcie. She even helped smooth over situations where other agents were being uncomfortably pushy. We were so grateful we had Marcie on our side. She’s one of the best!

Marcie is our real estate agent that helped us close on our new house. She was so great throughout the process, really listening to our needs and respecting what we did and did not want to see.

When it came time to closing, we had really difficult sellers but Marcie was persistent and brought everything across the finish line including an incredible save during a surprise issue at walkthrough.

She understand Port Washington super well and my wife and I would strongly recommend her.
