To Marcia, guiding buyers and sellers personally through their transaction is naturally part of the client experience and a baseline expectation in delivering excellence at all stages.
Feeling that “how you do business is more important than how much business you do,” Marcia has nurtured a loyal client base during her 30+ years as a broker. Out of that intense dedication has grown many lasting friendships with clients, making her career meaningful as well as a lot of fun. Being known to leave a lasting impression, Marcia’s colleagues and clients easily recognize her around town, with licenses plates that read “Laf Lot”, which is a personal philosophy.
Her passion in real estate has led her to earn numerous certifications as well as the distinction of being a member of the Diamond-Platinum Master’s Circle for production volume, Portland Metro Area Broker of the Year and the recipient of the Lake Oswego Small Business of the Year Award. Marcia’s community involvement includes the Chamber of Commerce in both Lake Oswego and West Linn. She has also volunteered with Lake Oswego schools as a tutor as well as participated in the school/business partnership program.
Originally from Portland, Marcia has lived in various places among them, Northern Minnesota, England and Peru, where she loved to surf. She holds two degrees with honors from Portland State University. Although dedicating long hours to her successful real estate practice, Marcia also makes time to enjoys baseball, swimming, and yoga.
