Marcie welcomed me into the Pagosa Spings community. She was genuinely caring in helping me find a home, being attentive to my needs, desires and goals. She is a professional who displays honesty and integrity in conducting business. Her communication skills were, and still are, excellent with me, my lender, and other realtors. Marcie knows the Pagosa Springs area well and is adept at keeping in tune with both the community and housing market. Marcie even went the extra mile to help me find other local professionals to help me set up and maintain my new home. I am very thankful I found Marcie to help me find my new home in Pagosa Springs.

My wife and I contacted Marcie to help us sell our vacation condo in Pagosa Springs, CO. We were surprised at the number of viewings she quickly either arranged and/or monitored. We had an offer, near full asking price, within about a week. After minimal negotiation, she provided excellent advice (she was the seller’s agent) on how to negotiate the various pathways needed to finalize the sale. Totally professional, competent, and knowledgeable would be good descriptors. She went above and beyond, as we were from out of town when the closing was to occur. She went by before closing to retrieve a satellite receiver and the internet modem and send them back for us (we are 10 hours away). Above and beyond would be apropos words to use in describing her work. We can wholeheartedly endorse her service for us as sellers and have no doubt that she would be equally diligent for buyers. Should we ever decide to return to this beautiful area, you can bet we would seek her out to be our agent.

Marcie helped us purchase a condo in Pagosa Springs - we closed last week. Working with Marcie was awesome - she is very knowledgeable about the Pagosa Springs market, and was often able to get us into properties before they hit the market! She negotiated on our behalf throughout the process, and helped us understand how the process worked in CO. We are from Texas, and the contracts, etc. are considerably different.
