Professional Experience

I was a Realtor many years ago in Albuquerque, New Mexico. 32 years later I have "taken up" Real Estate again here in Fort Myers, Florida. In between I have owned many homes and we have bought and maintained Investment Properties from Single Family homes to small Apartment Buildings. We have also owned and managed commercial warehouses and homes in Foreign countries. I am addicted to Real Estate!

Professional Education and Designations

Along with my Florida Real Estate License, I have a Master's Degree in Studio Art from the University of New Mexico and am still a working Artist. I have a Fused Glass Studio and teach classes at the Alliance for the Arts. I also maintain a small wholesale business to select Gift Shops and Galleries around the United States and Canada. My husband and I owned and ran a Gift Manufacturing Business for 27 years, which taught me a lot about sales and service. I also learned about working with a wide variety of people. The people portion ties in well with Real Estate, and the Business background is helpful as well.

Personal / Comments

I grew up in the Panama Canal Zone and have been Bilingual (English/Spanish) lifelong. I moved to the United States to attend college and ended up staying here. Having moved around a bit, I know how important it is to feel comfortable with your home. I am committed to helping people find a home that fits their needs as well as their budgets.
