About Marcie

Marcie is a sixth generation San Luis Valley native. She is an Adams State University alumnus with a degree in Business Finance. Growing up her parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration and hard work and gave her invaluable experience working side by side in family businesses and property development. Marcie took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate and became a realtor in 2001, then decided to open her own company, Schulz Realty in 2012. She and her husband Shawn operate a family farm and have two sons. Marcie is actively involved in the community through her role as the Secretary/Treasurer for the San Luis Valley Water Conservancy District. The things Marcie enjoys most about real estate are the relationships and the fact that every transaction has new challenges and opportunities.
