GREAT RELATOR! We went through the house buying process not too long ago & Marco was such a blessing. Ever so patient and helpful, he took us to view a bunch of different houses on several occasions until we found THE ONE. We made an offer and he went to bat for us. Marco made the buying process so easy and pain free. He even went out of his way and got the owners to pay the closing costs. Needless to say we were wowed. I highly recommend him!

Marco was amazing. I bought and sold a house using him and he made the entire process super easy and stress free. He had great suggestions for how to improve my home for maximum return on investment prior to listing. Due to listening to his advice, my home was under contract in less than a week with many waived contingencies.

Marco's insight was also highly valued while I toured houses. He was able to point out important issues that I wouldn’t have thought of in some of the properties we toured and we quickly found a home I loved, and managed to get our first offer accepted in this competitive market.
