We recently moved out of state, and Marco came very highly recommended to help us sell our house. He could not have made the process any easier for us, when moving is already a very stressful time. Marco was always on top of everything that he needed to do, as well as helping keep us on track with our side of things. He was always available for any questions we had, and there were many. Marco was helpful and professional throughout the process, and we accepted a great offer after only three days on the market, thanks entirely to his help. We had the pleasure of working with Marco Day as our buyers real estate agent. Me and my wife began casually looking to purchase a house this past summer, when our life circumstances (a family illness) suddenly changed dramatically and the house search then became urgent. Marco was with us from the beginning, when the search was casual, until the end when we closed on our house. Every step of the way he was professional, respectful, responsive and most of all compassionate and understanding. When I was ready to by a house I started looking at local listings and cold called 4 seasons southebys and only by chance got connected to Marco Day. I now consider this to be my greatest stroke of luck in the entire home buying process. I could not recommend Marco highly enough- he is warm, responsive, attentive, caring, knowledgeable and a genuinely wonderful guy to work with. He went to countless homes with my partner and me, a number of them twice, and he was always both supportive and patient. I never felt pressure to make decisions and I always felt like I just had someone who had my back in the home buying process. I would hire Marco again in a heartbeat and feel so incredibly lucky that whoever answered the phone the day I was looking at homes by happenstance connected me to Marco!
