I’ve known Marco my whole life, so when we went to buy our first home, I absolutely KNEW that he was the right person! He has the integrity and honesty that you want backing you up when you’re making such a huge purchase and commitment. I KNEW that Marco had our BEST interests at heart, and I was able to trust him whole heartedly throughout the entire process. With the market being so crazy, we were prepared for a journey. However, with Marco’s amazing negotiating skills and willingness to go the extra mile to represent our family, we were able to buy our home almost immediately! The sellers had many offers on the table, but they chose ours because Marco knew exactly what to do. Plus, Marco set us up with an INCREDIBLE team (Kym Stark is the BEST at what she does!) to really finalize the deal for us. He respected our budget and never once tried to push us in a direction we didn’t want to go in. Honestly, I can’t say enough to explain how wonderful Marco was to us. But, to summarize, we LOVE our new home!!! And it’s all because of him!

Marco was so professional but honest and knowledgeable too. I have sold two homes prior to this and did not have this great service. He always called to check on things and I think he stayed up late at night working to help me. This was a very positive experience. I will always call Marco if I ever sell or buy another home.
